My office is conveniently located about halfway between the 101 and 280 freeways on the north side of Woodside Road. This is about 1 mile west of El Camino Real. Cross streets are small and hard to read, but the office is just west of Safeway and east of Jack in the Box, on the same side.

There is ample off-street parking in our tree-lined lot.
My office hours are fairly flexible and by appointment only. The above phone number is a cell phone that I monitor most all of the time. I typically do not answer when I am with a patient, but if you leave a voicemail message, I will call you back as soon as possible, usually within the hour.
